Write to editorial@familymediation.ie for corrections, tips, or partnership questions. That address goes to the editorial team, not to mediators handling live cases.

If you are inquiring about a mediation session, include your county and a phone number. We will reply with availability and next steps, usually within one business day.

For corrections, include the article URL and a clear description of the error. If you are suggesting a new topic, a one paragraph pitch is enough; we do not need a full draft.

We aim to reply on business days, typically within 24 hours. If you email late Friday, expect an answer Monday morning.

Family Mediation Ireland does not offer legal advice by email. If your question is "Can I do X?" or "What will a judge say?", the answer is always "Talk to a solicitor." We can explain how mediation works and what documents you will need, but we cannot tell you what to do.

Media inquiries are welcome. If you are writing about family mediation, separation trends, or legal aid, we can provide background or arrange an interview with a mediator. We do not comment on individual cases or identify clients.

Partnership and referral questions should also go to editorial@familymediation.ie. We work with solicitors, family support services, and counseling practices across Ireland. If you think your clients would benefit from mediation, let us know and we will send you a referral information pack.
