EOIN CULLINA B.C.L,

Eoin holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from University College Cork. In 2002 Eoin qualified as a Solicitor. Eoin worked with Anne L. Horgan & Company Solicitors in Cork for two years before completing his solicitor’s apprenticeship with William Fry Solicitors in Dublin.

In May of 2002 Eoin joined the Family Law Unit at Holmes O’Malley Sexton Solicitors in Limerick where he worked for five years before moving to Pauline O’Reilly Solicitors in 2007. Whilst in Galway, Eoin practised extensively in the area of family law at District and Circuit Court level. In 2008 he trained as a Collaborative Lawyer.

In January of 2009 Eoin received his mediator accreditation from Friarylaw and ADR Group. Eoin is a director of Family Mediation Ireland and practices as a family mediator throughout Ireland. He is an outgoing P.R.O. and committee member of the Galway Solicitor’s Bar Association.

He is a director of Search Engine Optimisation Ireland and has a specialist interest in Information Technology and the Internet.

He works with Sabine Walsh in providing mediation training programmes and CPD courses for business and professional organisations.

SABINE WALSH, LLB, LLM,
Accredited Mediator.

Sabine holds an honours degree in law from Trinity College, Dublin, and a Masters (LLM) degree from NUI, Galway, before qualifying as a solicitor she worked as a legal assistant in the Department of Foreign Affairs and tutored in Law in NUI Galway.

She worked in practice as a solicitor for seven years before gaining accreditation as a mediator with Friarylaw and ADR Group. She is a native German speaker, and holds qualifications in legal German and translation.

Sabine is a Director of Family Mediation Ireland and practices as a mediator throughout Ireland. Based in Sligo, she is a Member of the Business and Professional Women’s Organisation and the Women Lawyer’s Association.

She is a founder member and Secretary of Mediation Solutions Northwest.

Along with providing private client mediation services Sabine also runs seminars and training courses in mediation for business and professional organisations.
