The majority of mediations completed by FMI are in the greater Leinster area. For each of the reigional clinics FMI work in all of he major cities and large towns nationwide.

Where are your mediations conducted?

The majority of our mediations are conducted in private rooms at business centres, hotels and meeting rooms throughout the country. This allows parties to complete their mediation in a comfortable and private environment.

Do you not conduct mediations in Court Houses?

Only where specifically requested by the parties or their lawyers to do so.

Do I have to stay in the same room as my ex?

If you do not wish to work with your former partner in joint session separate
sessions can be organised.
